Young
post original el 28 de marzo 2016 en BookClubforTwo
I spent a lot of my young years reading. Cooking with my mum and watching Sunday sci-fi shows with my dad. I used to move from one side to another in my bed with a book stuck to the fingers thinking that this hobby was superior to others. I blame this idea to our society, that reading makes you smarter or a genius distributed through the minds of everybody. Now I know that it’s an ignorant or narrow-minded attitude. Curiosity, interest, and hunger for knowledge come inside of everything, not just books. It comes from direct experience. For example, taking a walk or playing a musical instrument.
